30 Saving—DPP Act
The DPP Act continues to apply on and after the transfer day to and in relation to: (a) acts or omissions in connection with the Corporation that occurred before that day; and (b) the taking of civil remedies connected with or arising out of a prosecution that relates to acts or omissions referred to in paragraph (a).
