24 Transitional provisions relating to the SRC Act in respect of certain employees of the Company
(1) This section applies to an employee of the Company who was an employee of the Corporation immediately before the transfer day. (2) The SRC Act continues to apply, on and after the transfer day, in relation to: (a) injuries suffered by the employee before the transfer day; and (b) loss of, or damage to, property incurred by the employee before the transfer day.
