39 Extra matters to be included in annual report
The annual report on the Corporation under section 9 of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 must also set out: (a) all directions given to the Corporation by the Minister under subsection 17(3C), section 20 or subsection 31A(4) or 31C(1) during the year to which the report relates; and (b) all determinations made by the Minister under subsection 25(4) or 31B(1) or (2) during the year to which the report relates.
