29A Eligibility for guarantees
Housing Australia must not issue a guarantee to an entity unless it is satisfied that: (a) the guarantee is covered by subsection 8(1B) of the Act; and (b) the entity is an eligible lender; and (c) the guarantee is in relation to an eligible loan.
