64 Delegation by the Housing Minister
(1) The Housing Minister may, by writing, delegate any or all of the Housing Minister’s functions or powers under section 33 or 34 to: (a) the Secretary of the Treasury Department; or (b) a person who: (i) is an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Treasury Department; and (ii) has the expertise appropriate to the function or power.
Note: The expressions SES employee and acting SES employee are defined in section 2B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
(2) In performing functions, or exercising powers, under a delegation under subsection (1), the delegate must comply with any directions of the Housing Minister.
