2A Object
The object of this Act is to provide a funding mechanism: (a) to address acute housing needs, including the acute housing needs of: (i) Indigenous persons; and (ii) women; and (iii) children; and (iv) veterans; and (b) to enable support to be provided to increase the availability of social housing and affordable housing.
