12 Main purposes of the Housing Australia Future Fund Special Account

Each of the following is a purpose of the Housing Australia Future Fund Special Account: (a) to transfer amounts to the Housing Australia Future Fund Payments Special Account in accordance with section 26 for the purposes of making grants under subsection 18(1); (b) to transfer amounts to the Federation Reform Fund in accordance with section 29 for the purposes of making grants to the States and Territories under subsection 18(3); (c) to transfer amounts to the Housing Australia Special Account in accordance with sections 33 and 33A.
