37 Appointment of CEO
(1) The CEO is to be appointed by the Board by written instrument, on a full‑time basis.
Note: The CEO may be reappointed: see section 33AA of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
(2) The CEO holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 5 years. (3) The Board must not appoint a Board member as the CEO.
