#### 58 Investigation of application 58 Investigation of application > > (1) The Corporation may make an investigation to determine the weekly income of— > > > > > (a) a person who is an applicant for, or a recipient of, a rental rebate under this Part, and > > > > > (b) any other resident of the house in which that person resides. > > > (2) The Corporation may require a person who is an applicant for, or a recipient of, a rental rebate under this Part to produce such evidence as the Corporation thinks fit of the person’s weekly income and of the weekly income of any other resident of the house in which that person resides.
