#### 51 Corporation may assist councils to erect houses 51 Corporation may assist councils to erect houses (cf Act No 7, 1912, s 39) > The Corporation may, subject to and for the purposes of this Act and subject to the provisions of the [Local Government Act 1993](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1993-030), assist councils to erect houses by making grants or loans to those councils on such terms and conditions as to rate of interest and repayment or otherwise, and on such security, as the Corporation thinks fit.
