#### 50 Building relief to owner of land 50 Building relief to owner of land (cf Act No 7, 1912, s 39A) > The Corporation may, at its discretion, make advances on such securities and at such rates of interest and subject to such covenants, conditions and provisions as it thinks fit to impose for the purpose of enabling any person who owns land to alter, extend, paint, repair, renovate or improve buildings on that land, or to carry out other improvements on that land.
