#### 43 Advice to be obtained in relation to purchase of house 43 Advice to be obtained in relation to purchase of house (cf Act No 7, 1912, s 28) > > (1) Before an application for the Corporation to take action under section 40 (3) is granted, the Corporation must, after taking expert advice, determine the value of the property proposed to be purchased. > > > (2) The amount to be advanced by the Corporation must not exceed the value so determined or the purchase price, whichever is less.
