#### 28 Construction of buildings by Corporation 28 Construction of buildings by Corporation (cf Act No 7, 1912, s 7) > The Corporation may erect on any land vested in or acquired by the Corporation buildings for residential, business, or other purposes, or for public use, and has the duty of maintaining and repairing them for so long as the Corporation has control over the land.
