#### 22 Acquisition of land 22 Acquisition of land (cf Act No 62, 1976, s 11 (1)) > > (1) The Corporation may, for the purposes of this Act, acquire land (including an interest in land) by agreement or by compulsory process in accordance with the [Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1991-022). > > > (2) Without limiting subsection (1), land may be acquired by the Corporation under subsection (1) for the purposes of the Crown Lands Homesites Program or any other policy or program of the Government relating to residential development (within the meaning of section 8).
