sec.92 Status of particular land
This section applies if, before the commencement, there is land— granted, under the Land Act 1994 , in trust to a continued foundation; or reserved, under the Land Act 1994 , for the purposes of a continued foundation. The land continues to be granted in trust to the foundation or reserved for the purposes of the foundation. (sec.92-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, there is land— granted, under the Land Act 1994 , in trust to a continued foundation; or reserved, under the Land Act 1994 , for the purposes of a continued foundation. (sec.92-ssec.2) The land continues to be granted in trust to the foundation or reserved for the purposes of the foundation.
- (a) granted, under the Land Act 1994 , in trust to a continued foundation; or
- (b) reserved, under the Land Act 1994 , for the purposes of a continued foundation.
