sec.88 Replacement of objects registered under repealed Act
A continued foundation must, within 3 months after the commencement, give the chief executive notice of the objects for the foundation that are consistent with the objects mentioned in section 7 to replace the objects registered for the foundation under the repealed Act, section 9 . The board of a foundation may, within the period mentioned in subsection (1) , apply, under section 22 , to change an object of the foundation.
