sec.80 Delegations
A foundation may delegate its functions under this Act to a member of the board. A board may delegate the board’s functions under this Act to— a member of the board; or a member of the staff of the board’s foundation; or a person working as a volunteer for the foundation. In this section— functions includes powers. (sec.80-ssec.1) A foundation may delegate its functions under this Act to a member of the board. (sec.80-ssec.2) A board may delegate the board’s functions under this Act to— a member of the board; or a member of the staff of the board’s foundation; or a person working as a volunteer for the foundation. (sec.80-ssec.3) In this section— functions includes powers.
- (a) a member of the board; or
- (b) a member of the staff of the board’s foundation; or
- (c) a person working as a volunteer for the foundation.
