sec.72 Removal from register
A foundation may apply to the Minister for its entry in the register to be removed. The Governor in Council may, by gazette notice, order that the entry for a foundation be removed from the register— because of an application made by the foundation under subsection (1) ; or if the Governor in Council is satisfied the foundation should be dissolved. (sec.72-ssec.1) A foundation may apply to the Minister for its entry in the register to be removed. (sec.72-ssec.2) The Governor in Council may, by gazette notice, order that the entry for a foundation be removed from the register— because of an application made by the foundation under subsection (1) ; or if the Governor in Council is satisfied the foundation should be dissolved.
