sec.50 Appointment of administrator
This section applies if— the members of a board are removed under section 49 ; or at any other time there are no members of a board. The Governor in Council may, on the recommendation of the Minister, appoint a qualified person as administrator of the board. In this section— qualified person means a person the Minister considers has the necessary qualifications and experience to administer the board. (sec.50-ssec.1) This section applies if— the members of a board are removed under section 49 ; or at any other time there are no members of a board. (sec.50-ssec.2) The Governor in Council may, on the recommendation of the Minister, appoint a qualified person as administrator of the board. (sec.50-ssec.3) In this section— qualified person means a person the Minister considers has the necessary qualifications and experience to administer the board.
- (a) the members of a board are removed under section 49 ; or
- (b) at any other time there are no members of a board.
