sec.40 Presiding at meetings
The chairperson of the board of a foundation is to preside at all board meetings at which the chairperson is present. If the chairperson is absent from a board meeting, the deputy chairperson of the board is to preside. If neither the chairperson nor deputy chairperson is present at a board meeting, the member chosen by the members of the board present is to preside. (sec.40-ssec.1) The chairperson of the board of a foundation is to preside at all board meetings at which the chairperson is present. (sec.40-ssec.2) If the chairperson is absent from a board meeting, the deputy chairperson of the board is to preside.
