sec.32 Term of appointment
A member, other than a member mentioned in section 30 (1) (b) , holds office for the term, not longer than 5 years, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment. If a successor has not been appointed by the end of the member’s term, the member continues to hold office until a successor is appointed. Subsection (1) does not prevent a member being reappointed. (sec.32-ssec.1) A member, other than a member mentioned in section 30 (1) (b) , holds office for the term, not longer than 5 years, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment. (sec.32-ssec.2) If a successor has not been appointed by the end of the member’s term, the member continues to hold office until a successor is appointed. (sec.32-ssec.3) Subsection (1) does not prevent a member being reappointed.
