sec.22 Change of registered objects

If the board of a foundation wishes to change a registered object of the foundation, the board must apply in writing to the Minister for approval of the change. The application must include the following information— details of the change; the reason for the change; information to show the change is consistent with the objects mentioned in section 7 . The Minister must consider the application and decide to approve or not approve the application. The Minister must, as soon as practicable, give the board notice of the Minister’s decision. If the Minister approves the change to the foundation’s registered objects, the chief executive must amend the current objects of the foundation contained in the register.
