sec.2 Commencement
This Act, other than the following provisions, commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation— part 10 , division 2 , subdivisions 1 and 2 ; part 10 , division 3 , subdivisions 1 and 2 ; part 10 , divisions 5 to 8 .
- (a) part 10 , division 2 , subdivisions 1 and 2 ;
- (b) part 10 , division 3 , subdivisions 1 and 2 ;
- (c) part 10 , divisions 5 to 8 .
