sec.18 Employment of staff
A foundation— must employ a managing executive officer; and may employ other staff it considers appropriate to perform its functions or exercise its powers. A member of the staff of a foundation, other than a person made available to the foundation under section 19 — is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the foundation; and is employed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 18 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.18-ssec.1) A foundation— must employ a managing executive officer; and may employ other staff it considers appropriate to perform its functions or exercise its powers.
