sec.50 Prescribed designated person— Act , s 139A
For section 139A (1) (m) of the Act , each of the following persons is prescribed as a designated person— the commissioner of the Queensland Ambulance Service appointed under the Ambulance Service Act 1991 , section 4 ; a person employed under the Ambulance Service Act 1991 , section 13 .
- (a) the commissioner of the Queensland Ambulance Service appointed under the Ambulance Service Act 1991 , section 4 ;
- (b) a person employed under the Ambulance Service Act 1991 , section 13 .
