36 Application of the Superannuation Benefits (Supervisory Mechanisms) Act 1990

(1) The Minister must not declare the industry services body to be a relevant body for the purposes of the Superannuation Benefits (Supervisory Mechanisms) Act 1990. (2) In this section:

Minister has the same meaning as in the Superannuation Benefits (Supervisory Mechanisms) Act 1990.
