34 Regulations
The Governor‑General may make regulations prescribing all matters: (a) that are required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or (b) that are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act; and may, for example, make regulations prescribing penalties of not more than 30 penalty units for offences against the regulations.
