39 Purchase of easements, &c.
Homes Tasmania may, for the purposes of this Act –
(a) purchase any easement; and
(b) obtain any covenant or licence touching and concerning other land –
which is usual and proper for the enjoyment of any land vested in Homes Tasmania.
