27 Prosecutions for offences
(1) Proceedings for an offence against this Act or the regulations may be commenced at any time within three years after the commission of the offence. (2) Offences against this Act or the regulations shall not be prosecuted without the written consent of the Minister, the Secretary or a person authorized in writing by the Secretary to consent to prosecutions for such offences.
