10 Review of determinations
(1) Where it appears to the Secretary that sufficient reason exists for reviewing a determination, direction, decision or approval of an officer under this Act (including a determination, direction, decision or approval of the Secretary), the Secretary may review the determination, direction, decision or approval and may affirm, revoke or vary it. (2) This section ceases to have effect on 31 August 1995.
