Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This regulation cancels (repeals) four previous sets of regulations made under the Homeless Persons Assistance Act 1974.

Specifically, it scraps:

1975 Regulations Nos. 23 and 84
1980 Regulation No. 330
1982 Regulation No. 241

What this means: The government is tidying up the statute book by removing old rules that are no longer needed. This is a housekeeping measure that simply removes existing regulations rather than creating new ones. It affects anyone who might have been relying on those specific 1975–1982 regulations regarding assistance for homeless persons.
