Tasmania regulation
The HomeBuilder Grants Regulations 2020 set a small set of rules for administering Tasmanian and Commonwealth HomeBuilder grants — mainly who is excluded from a statutory restriction on land‑interest holders and who may receive protected applicant information. They let the Commissioner recognise certain non‑conforming land interests (which changes which owners are excluded from section 21) and, as amended, exclude Homes Tasmania from section 21; they also allow limited disclosure of protected information to State Service employees.
