#### 75 Repeal and savings consequent on that repeal 75 Repeal and savings consequent on that repeal > > (1) The [Home Building Regulation 2004](/view/html/repealed/current/sl-2004-0595) is repealed. > > > (2) Any act, matter or thing that, immediately before the repeal of the [Home Building Regulation 2004](/view/html/repealed/current/sl-2004-0595), had effect under that Regulation continues to have effect under this Regulation. > > > (3) If the Chief Executive had requested that a person pay a fee under the Act prior to the commencement of this Regulation, the amount payable is the amount that applied at the time that the request was made.
