71A Information sharing
For the purposes of section 121B(2A) of the Act, the following government sector agencies are prescribed—
(a) (Repealed)
(b) the Long Service Corporation constituted under the Long Service Corporation Act 2010,
(c) Department of Customer Service,
(d) Department of Planning and Environment,
(e) Fire and Rescue NSW,
(f) Ministry of Health,
(g) SafeWork NSW as referred to in clause 1 of Schedule 2 to the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
