#### 55A Register of exemptions—the Act s 140(2)(l) 55A Register of exemptions—the Act s 140(2)(l) > > (1) The Authority must keep a register of exemptions granted under the Act, section 97. > > > (2) The register of exemptions may include the following information— > > > > > (a) the name of the exempted person, including the person’s ACN if the exempted person is a corporation, > > > > > (b) the exempted person’s contractor licence number, if applicable, > > > > > (c) a description of the exempt work, > > > > > (d) the address, lot and deposited plan number of the land on which the exempt work is to be done, > > > > > (e) the date on which the exemption was granted. > > > (3) The register must be made available, free of charge, on a NSW Government website. > > > (4) In this clause— > > > > ACN, short for Australian Company Number, has the same meaning as it has in the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth, section 9. > > **cl 55A:** Ins 2023 (100), Sch 1\[1\].
