#### 54A Amendment or cancellation of certain exemptions granted by Authority 54A Amendment or cancellation of certain exemptions granted by Authority > > (1) A person to whom an exemption has been granted by the Authority under section 97 of the Act may apply to the Authority for the exemption to be amended or cancelled. > > > (2) The Authority may, by notice in writing, at any time amend or cancel an exemption, on the making of an application or at the Authority’s discretion. > > > (3) The notice must state the Authority’s reasons for the amendment or cancellation. > > > (4) The amendment or cancellation takes effect on the giving of the notice to the person to whom the exemption was granted or on a later date specified in the notice. > > **cl 54A:** Ins 2017 (705), Sch 1 \[15\].
