#### 98 Employees and others not required to insure 98 Employees and others not required to insure > > (1) Nothing in this Part— > > > > > (a) requires a person who carries out work for a person required by this Part to obtain insurance in respect of that work to obtain insurance, or > > > > > (b) makes the first-mentioned person liable for an offence for failing to do so. > > > (2) Subsection (1) does not apply in the case of a person who contracts to do owner-builder work on behalf of an owner-builder.
