#### 152 Dissolution of Advisory Council 152 Dissolution of Advisory Council > > (1) The Home Building Advisory Council is dissolved on the repeal of Part 7B of this Act by the [Fair Trading Legislation Amendment (Reform) Act 2018](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2018-065). > > > (2) A person who held office as a member of the Home Building Advisory Council immediately before the repeal of Part 7B and Schedule 5 is not entitled to compensation or remuneration because of the dissolution of the Home Building Advisory Council.
