103W Liquidator to notify Authority of claims
The liquidator of an insolvent insurer must, on receiving any claim relating to an insolvent insurer’s policy covered by the indemnity provided by Division 2, forward a copy of the claim to the Authority.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
