#### 6 Agreements and sites to which Act does not apply 6 Agreements and sites to which Act does not apply > > (1) This Act does not apply to an occupation agreement of a class prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this subsection. > > > (2) This Act does not apply to— > > > > > (a) any site ordinarily used or intended to be used for tourist arrangements or other holiday purposes other than long-term casual occupation of the kind described in section 5 (1), or > > > > > (b) any site, or part of a site, prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this paragraph.
