#### 21 Nature of amounts to be paid for agreement 21 Nature of amounts to be paid for agreement > A person must not demand, require or receive from an occupant or prospective occupant any monetary consideration for or in relation to entering into, renewing, extending or continuing an occupation agreement other than— > > > (a) occupation fees, and > > > (b) any other charges that the occupant agrees or has agreed to pay under the occupation agreement, and > > > (c) any charges or other amounts that may be prescribed by the regulations. > > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
