#### 22 Appointment of inspectors (1) The Minister may, by writing signed by the Minister, appoint a person to be an inspector for the purposes of this Act. (2) The Minister shall cause to be issued to each inspector appointed under subsection (1) an identity card in accordance with the prescribed form containing a photograph of the inspector. (3) A person who ceases to be an inspector appointed under subsection (1) shall forthwith return his or her identity card to the Minister. Penalty for a contravention of this subsection: 1 penalty unit.
