Tasmania regulation
These regulations prescribe a fixed application fee—25 fee units, inclusive of GST—for two types of heritage certificates under the Historic Cultural Heritage Act 1995 (regs 4–5). They set the regulation commencement date and define key terms such as “Act” and “GST” (regs 1–3). Applicants pay the stated fee; the regulations do not change who decides on heritage status or the Act’s substantive requirements.
