9 Delegation by Heritage Council
[Section 9 Substituted by No. 70 of 2013, s. 8, Applied:01 Mar 2014] The Heritage Council may delegate to a planning authority or any other person any of its functions or powers other than –
(a) this power of delegation; and
(b) a function or power under section 10B .
