86 Application for certificate for affected place

(1)  A person may apply to the Heritage Council for a certificate stating whether or not a place is affected by –

(a) any action of the Minister or the Heritage Council made under this Act; or

(b) any decision or determination under this Act.

(2)  An application is to –

(a) be made in writing; and

(b) contain any prescribed information; and

(c) [Section 86 Subsection (2) amended by No. 70 of 2013, s. 36, Applied:01 Mar 2014] be accompanied by the prescribed fee, if any.
