8 Delegation by Minister
[Section 8 Substituted by No. 70 of 2013, s. 8, Applied:01 Mar 2014] The Minister may delegate to the chairperson or any other person any of the Minister's functions or powers under this Act, other than –
(a) this power of delegation; and
(b) a function or power under section 10A .
