75 Lodgment of orders with Recorder of Titles

(1)  The Minister is to cause a copy of an order made under this Part to be forwarded to the Heritage Council.

(2)  The Heritage Council –

(a) [Section 75 Subsection (2) amended by No. 70 of 2013, s. 32, Applied:01 Mar 2014] is to enter details of an order made under this Part in the Heritage Register after the order is made; and

(b) may lodge a copy of the order with the Recorder of Titles as if –

(i) the Heritage Council were a judgment creditor; and

(ii) the order were a judgment.
