3A Timing of actions
[Section 3A Inserted by No. 70 of 2013, s. 5, Applied:01 Mar 2014] Where a provision of this Act requires or directs a person to take an action consequent on making a decision or another occurrence, then, unless the contrary intention appears, the provision is to be taken as requiring or directing the person to take the action as soon as practicable after making the decision or as soon as practicable after the other occurrence.
