39B Provision of further information to Heritage Council
[Section 39B Inserted by No. 36 of 2019, s. 11, Applied:08 Oct 2019] If, after a person has made a permit application, the relevant planning authority receives any further information from the applicant in relation to that application, the relevant planning authority must as soon as practicable after receiving the information (and in any event within 5 days) provide that further information to the Heritage Council.
