6 Purpose
This Part sets out the VET tuition fee repayment option referred to in paragraph 51(1)(d) of Schedule 1A of the Act. The VET tuition fee repayment option is part of the VET tuition assurance requirements for the purpose of clause 7 of Schedule 1A of the Act.
